I’ve decided not to weigh my mind down with intricate battle plans this month. Instead, I’m just going to relax and enjoy being me.
- Relax and enjoy training.
- Clear my mind while rolling and let it flow.
- Laugh at my follies.
- Continue to eat ice cream.
- Celebrate my oldest son’s 23rd birthday with him.
I’m not really being lazy. I just want to take a month to see where I am in my rolling. I’ve been so focused on developing specific skills that I haven’t taken the time to just roll. I want to see how my game has developed. I think after that I can better assess my strengths and weaknesses. Then I can effectively plan my training for the last six months of the year.
